Interactive Account Manager

Renda Broadcasting Corporation is searching for a motivated, creative, integrated solutions salesperson comfortable with both the radio medium and the interactive space to join our rapidly growing interactive initiative. Candidate will serve as a specialist in selling integrated programs including both air-time and on-line products in partnership with the other radio account executives for our four (4) Station Cluster. This person will also serve as a key liaison for continuity between sales and the webmaster. The Interactive Account Manager will have first class resources supporting their efforts – a full interactive consulting team, the resources that come with a powerful site content management system with all Web 2.0 capability, access to a top-flight design and development agency devoted solely to the online space, outstanding research and metrics products, one-on-one training and devoted management who cares about the growth and development of the interactive staff. Prior strategic sales experience, excellent presentation skills, a passion and comfort with new media and proven ability to sell multi-touchpoint programs is a must.
